We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, email us at thecozyhualstore@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll make it right.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we approve your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send us photos within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
